Impossible to Forget

Imagine finding yourself at the reading of a will. The deceased was a close friend. In the room, are you and a handful of other friends. And the deceased’s teen daughter. The gist of the will is this: the deceased has left the guardianship of her teen daughter to you and the handful of friends who are in this same room. With clear instructions.

This is exactly how the book starts and I was hooked.

What follows is an interesting journey of friendship and growth. And a fight to not repeat the mistakes of the past, a reckoning with lost opportunity and that it is never too late to give things a try.

I enjoyed the steady pace, the alternating narrator voices, and that each important character in the book was easy to picture.

This was a random pick for me from Amazon.
